Earth lets you launch a memecoin on pump.fun paired with $EARTH, from scratch or from a suggested draft inspired by a place on its globe or a story in its news feed. How it works, including every fee, is set out in How it works.

Nothing on Earth is financial, investment, legal or tax advice. Memecoins are highly speculative and most lose all their value. Only use money you can afford to lose.

You choose and edit everything about a coin before you launch it, and you are responsible for it. Do not launch a coin that impersonates a person or organisation, claims or implies an endorsement, infringes anyone’s rights, or is unlawful where you are. Earth may hide a coin from its pages for any of these reasons; it cannot change or remove a coin from the blockchain.

Coins launched on Earth are not affiliated with or endorsed by any place, country, person, publisher or organisation they are inspired by.

Suggested names, tickers, descriptions and pictures are made by AI models from a place or a headline. They can be wrong, unoriginal or unsuitable. Review and edit them before you launch; you are responsible for what you use.

Major News shows headlines, short summaries, the publisher, the time and a link to the original article, from a news provider. The articles belong to their publishers. Earth does not endorse any story.

Every coin launched on Earth has Earth’s fee wallet as its creator, so its creator fees go to Earth, not to you. Earth burns part of them as $EARTH and sells the rest for SOL to pay for coins’ Dexscreener listings, as set out in How it works. pump.fun and the Solana network charge their own fees.

You sign every transaction in your own wallet. Earth never holds your keys or funds. Transactions on Solana are final. Earth simulates and checks each launch before you sign, but does not guarantee any outcome, price or listing, including on Dexscreener, which decides its own listings.

Earth is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, Earth is not liable for losses from using it, from coins launched on it, or from third-party services it relies on.
